Spinach is amazing for your eyes since it has Lutein, Zeaxanthin, Vitamin C, and beta-carotene. Blueberries are especially helpful in preventing disorders that lead to blindness or otherwise impaired vision. Some berries also have Vitamin A and zinc, which helps your body absorb vitamins such as Vitamin A.
